LaDreba R. Colston is a highly accomplished healthcare professional with more than 28 years of experience in collections and over 10 years of expertise in Revenue Cycle Management. She currently serves as a Documentation Specialist at AdaptHealth, where she is recognized for her operational knowledge, leadership, professionalism, and dedication to continuous improvement within the healthcare industry.

She earned her Associate of Applied Science degree in Medical Office Management from Tyler Junior College and is a proud member of Phi Theta Kappa, Class of 2016. Committed to lifelong learning and professional excellence, LaDreba has earned several industry-recognized certifications, including Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), Certified Continuous Improvement Manager (CCIM), Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB), and Project Management Essentials Certification (PMEC).

Throughout her career, LaDreba has supported a wide range of medical specialties, including Orthopedics and Internal Medicine, while establishing a reputation for integrity, collaboration, and servant leadership.
