Keyshonna Norman’s Leadership Journey Earns Sigma Gamma Rho’s 2026 Significant Seven Award

Entrepreneur, executive leader, and community advocate Keyshonna Norman has been named a recipient of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated’s 2026 Significant Seven Award for Entrepreneurial Innovation and Business, recognizing her impact as an entrepreneur, leader, and community advocate. As the Founder of Ngozi Body and Aureate Nexus Group, Norman has intentionally built two organizations that serve different audiences while advancing a shared mission: helping people and organizations grow through intentional leadership, meaningful experiences, and access to opportunity.

Among the brand’s recent national engagements are serving as the official wellness partner for the Black Girls in Media Summit in Dallas, sponsoring the 2026 Women of Project Management Conference in Charleston, South Carolina, creating experiential wellness activations and participating in gifting lounges during Super Bowl 60, NBA, WNBA, and ESPYs events, and collaborating with nationally recognized sports and professional organizations through experiential wellness partnerships. While entrepreneurship has become an increasingly visible part of her journey, Keyshonna’s leadership philosophy has been shaped by nearly fifteen years of executive leadership within the federal government, where she has led multidisciplinary teams, managed multimillion-dollar programs, and developed future leaders in complex organizations.
