Keyshonna Norman’s Leadership Journey Earns Sigma Gamma Rho’s 2026 Significant Seven Award

Entrepreneur, executive leader, and community advocate Keyshonna Norman has been named a recipient of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated’s 2026 Significant Seven Award for Entrepreneurial Innovation and Business, recognizing her impact as an entrepreneur, leader, and community advocate. The honor celebrates Norman’s commitment to creating opportunities for personal, professional, and economic growth while building purpose-driven organizations that empower individuals, strengthen communities, and inspire others to lead with authenticity.

As the Founder of Ngozi Body and Aureate Nexus Group, Norman has intentionally built two organizations that serve different audiences while advancing a shared mission: helping people and organizations grow through intentional leadership, meaningful experiences, and access to opportunity.

At the heart of Ngozi Body is the belief that wellness should be experienced, not simply purchased. Rooted in intentional rituals, elevated self-care, and immersive sensory experiences, the luxury wellness brand specializes in premium skincare and home fragrance designed to elevate everyday self-care into intentional rituals. That same philosophy extends to experiential wellness activations for corporate gatherings, private events, hospitality partners, curated gifting experiences, and brand collaborations.

For Norman, entrepreneurship has always been about more than building businesses—it has been about creating opportunities that empower people to live with intention, lead with confidence, and realize their full potential.

Among the brand’s recent national engagements are serving as the official wellness partner for the Black Girls in Media Summit in Dallas, sponsoring the 2026 Women of Project Management Conference in Charleston, South Carolina, creating experiential wellness activations and participating in gifting lounges during Super Bowl 60, NBA, WNBA, and ESPYs events, and collaborating with nationally recognized sports and professional organizations through experiential wellness partnerships. Ngozi Body was also featured as one of the experiential wellness brands supporting the Black Girls in Media Summit through Black Enterprise’s coverage of the event, further expanding the brand’s visibility among entrepreneurs, professionals, and business leaders.

Complementing her work in wellness, Norman is also the Founder of Aureate Nexus Group, an education and advisory firm dedicated to advancing financial literacy, leadership development, workforce strategy, and professional growth. Through education, consulting, and strategic guidance, the organization helps individuals and organizations turn vision into meaningful action while creating opportunities for long-term success.

While entrepreneurship has become an increasingly visible part of her journey, Keyshonna’s leadership philosophy has been shaped by nearly fifteen years of executive leadership within the federal government, where she has led multidisciplinary teams, managed multimillion-dollar programs, and developed future leaders in complex organizations. That experience continues to influence her approach to business, combining strategic thinking with a people-first commitment to leadership, service, and lasting impact.

The Significant Seven Award represents more than professional achievement—it reflects a leadership journey grounded in authenticity, innovation, and a genuine desire to create opportunities for others. Whether expanding access to financial literacy, designing immersive wellness experiences, mentoring emerging entrepreneurs, or helping organizations strengthen their leadership capacity, Norman remains committed to building organizations that create meaningful value far beyond the products and services they provide.

“I’ve never wanted to build businesses simply to sell products or services,” said Norman. “I’ve always wanted to create experiences, open doors for others, and leave every person and every organization better than I found them. This recognition is a reminder that purpose-driven leadership has the power to create meaningful and lasting impact.”

As Norman continues expanding both Ngozi Body and Aureate Nexus Group, she remains committed to creating opportunities for personal, professional, and economic growth while inspiring others to lead with authenticity, intention, and service. The 2026 Significant Seven Award marks another milestone in her leadership journey—one defined by entrepreneurship, intentional impact, and an unwavering commitment to creating opportunities for others.
