As the founder of DMAC Life Coach, Darius has become recognized for his impactful speaking, mentorship, and thought leadership focused on personal development, leadership, mindset, and purpose. In ministry, Darius has faithfully served for 24 years as an Associate Minister at Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church, where he is known for his dedication to spiritual growth, servant leadership, mentorship, and community impact. His ministry work reflects his commitment to helping people grow spiritually, emotionally, and personally while strengthening families and future generations.
Committed to continuous growth and leadership development, Darius is a graduate of the MadeMen 100 Cohort (2025) and MadeMen 200 Cohort (2026) through Change Church, programs focused on accountability, leadership, discipline, and transformational growth for men. He is also a member of Vanguard of Black Gentlemen Class of 2026 and participated in the 2025 - Current 6 Pillars Black Men's Book Study, further reflecting his dedication to personal development, mentorship, brotherhood, and community empowerment.
Beyond his professional and ministry accomplishments, Darius is a devoted husband of 23 years and a proud father of three children: Morgan (21), Darius II (19), and Marlin (17). Family, faith, leadership, and legacy remain foundational pillars of his life and message.
