Phillip is the Founder and Managing Director of Main Street Advisory, LLC and Phillip Speaks, LLC. He has over 25 years in the financial services industry and has held various positions including Vice President and Fair Lending Manager for a seven-state market area for a major federal savings bank. His expertise includes retail branch management, commercial lending, residential mortgage lending, consumer lending, and real estate finance.
Phillip has served as the Chief Operations Officer for the African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey, where he focused on economic empowerment, access to capital, and advocating for minority owned business enterprises. As a keynote speaker and coach through Phillip Speaks, LLC Phillip delivers impactful presentations on business growth, financial literacy, and personal empowerment.
As an alternative lender, Phillip facilitates funding for his clients to acquire real estate, equipment, and to grow and sustain their businesses.
As an author, Phillip co-authored Triumph In The Trenches, Navigating Success For Black Professionals, Volume 2, and Volume 3 is scheduled for release by year-end 2025.
