A former U.S. Army Military Police officer and nationally recognized quality leader, Dr. Mosley brings over 15 years of experience across hospital systems, public health initiatives, and regulatory frameworks. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration focused on AI and wearable technologies, an MBA in Healthcare Administration, and certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt, Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), and Patient Safety (CPPS). She has trained and advised more than 160 hospitals, driven policy and practice improvements across multiple states, and led measurable reductions in harm and disparities.

Her dissertation research—now published in journals like Journal of the American Medical Informatics Association and NC Medical Journal—centered on how AI and wearable technology can reduce inequities driven by social determinants of health. But she didn’t stop at research. Dr. Mosley is building real-world infrastructure: a national consulting practice, a genetics and algorithm lab, a healthcare-aligned real estate strategy, and a media platform to uplift community voices and health literacy.
