Dr. Rory T. Edwards is a globally respected transformational therapist, educator, and author whose life’s mission has been centered around uplifting individuals and communities through holistic wellness, leadership, and educational empowerment. With a career spanning more than four decades, Dr. Edwards has worked relentlessly in K–12 education, higher education, corporate consulting, and athletic mentorship. He has served as a Dean of Students, school founder, advisor to over 150 NFL players, and COO of Georgia Training Alliance. His work in charter school development across six states and his success with the nationally acclaimed Amistad Academy earned him recognition from former U.S. Secretary of Education Roderick Paige as "a national model for education."

He is the founder of the Rory T. Edwards Group, where he developed the Empower9 Wellness Method, a holistic, nine-pillar approach to human development addressing mental, emotional, physical, and professional growth. Through workshops, books, speaking engagements, and one-on-one coaching, Dr. Edwards has influenced audiences in over 48 states and 6 continents.
